A few years ago we helped a woman who was in a wheelchair and housebound to file Chapter 13. Most of the work was done over the phone. Then I went to her house to get signature, etc.
Then I had an unusual experience with a gentleman was incarcerated awaiting trial on a serious matter. We gather necessary information remotely and then I went to the jail to complete the process.
There are a couple other times where Tina Adams did house visits to help a client file either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.
Then the Covid-19 pandemic hit our country.
Many people did not want to come to office or any other office. Others wanted to limit their time in our office.
We then shifted gears.

For some others we have begun the process remotely. Then the client comes to office for a short time to finish the paper work and the case is filed.
When Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 is filed the client has to attend a trustee’s meeting. At this time clients either come to our office or we coordinate the meeting by telephone or Zoom or a combination of both.
Another advantage of remote filing: you are not limited to regular office hours. We are available from early in the morning to evening hours. We are available on Saturday and Sunday.
